Accommodations

A block of rooms has been secured at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel. A special rate of $179 is being offered to conference delegates if reservations are made on or before Jan. 20, 2009. You may reserve your room now on the Colleges Ontario 2009 Annual Conference booking page.

Use the above link to book, modify, or cancel a reservation between June 20, 2008, and Jan. 20, 2009. Information on hotel amenities, dining, and a photo library are also available.

Airport Express bus from Pearson International Airport

The Airport Express bus from Pearson International Airport operates 24 hours a day and serves all three terminals from the arrivals level. Stops are made at major downtown hotels, including the Westin Harbour Castle. Buses depart every 30 minutes, with a travel duration of approximately 40 minutes depending on traffic. The cost is $18.50 for a one-way trip, and $29.95 for a return trip. Before boarding the bus, you must purchase your ticket from one of the Airport Express booths, located inside and outside each of the three terminals. TTC routes from Pearson International Airport

The 192 Airport Rocket will provide transportation to the Bloor and Yonge/University subway lines. Transfer to the subway lines and travel south to Union Station. Walk three blocks south on Bay Street to the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel (on the corner of Bay and Queen's Quay). Alternatively, board the #6 Bay bus south, which stops directly in front of the hotel. Total one-way cost is $2.75 (remember to take a transfer slip when you board the bus at the airport!).

Walking / TTC routes from Toronto Via Rail Station (Union Station)

Walk three blocks south on Bay Street to the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel (on the corner of Bay and Queen's Quay). Alternatively, enter the TTC area of Union Station and board the #6 Bay bus south, which stops directly in front of the hotel. Boarding the bus will cost $2.75.
